Dr. T.M. Makhomisane
Dr. Mabowa Makhomisane is a graduate from the University of Kwazulu-Natal : Nelson R. Mandela school of Medicine class of 2005. He holds a higher certificate in travel Medicine from Wits(SASTM) and a Higher certificate in practice management from the Foundation of professional development. He has a special interest in non communicable diseases including hypertension and diabetes. He is currently running a general practice with specialised Diabetes, Asthma and cardiovascular clinics.

Dr Makhomisane is also a SAHPRA approved principal investigator, involved in conducting numerous clinical trials and providing supervision of sub investigators and other clinical trial staff. His area of study interest is paediatrics, oncology , Respiratory conditions , cardiovascular conditions and diabetes.
In 2019 he was selected to attend and presented at the Arterial Hypertension Summit: themed Translating scientific evidence into successful management of hypertension, with the Istituto auxologico Italiano in Italy Milan. He recently completed his post graduate diploma in diabetes with the university of South Wales, with the dean's commendation to pursue a master degree in the sub-speciality of diabetes at South Wales university. He has recently co-published a peer reviewed journal article on the world Family Medicine & Middle East journal of family medicine on the Role of SGLT2 Inhibitors and GLP-1 Analogs in Cardiovascular Risk Reduction in Type 2 Diabetes.
He is the current chairperson of Limpopo IPA and an executive member of ASAIPA. He is also an additional member of the IPAF advisory board.
Dr. W. Makhomisane
Dr. Wisani Makhomisane obtained her MBChB from the university of KZN and furthered her career in psychiatry at the University of Limpopo with a Masters in medicine focusing on the relationship between HIV and mental illness.
She is a fellow from the College of Psychiatrist.
She is currently enrolled at Middlesex University, London (UK) doing a Post-graduate certificate in ADHD & Autism through the lifespan.

Her special interest is in Child & Adolescent mental health as well as Women mental health.
